Activate your Business

Redflexión Consultores and Orbelgrupo have joined forces in a strategic collaboration to bring the “Activa tu Empresa” project to life, with the aim of promoting digital transformation in Spanish SMEs.

The main objective of “Activa tu Empresa” is to provide comprehensive support and advice to small and medium-sized enterprises in their digital transformation process. Recognising the importance of digitalisation for business growth and competitiveness, this initiative focuses on offering customised solutions and effective strategies that enable companies to adapt and thrive in today’s digital environment.

We are pleased to announce that “Activa tu Empresa” has been selected by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism to lead two key programmes: “Activa Crecimiento” and “Activa Industria 4.0”. This distinction further reinforces our commitment to digital transformation and confirms the relevance of our approach.

Thanks to an investment of more than 4 million euros, these programs will benefit a total of 500 Spanish companies. “Activa Crecimiento” will focus on promoting sustainable growth and business productivity, providing tools and strategies tailored to the specific needs of each participating company. On the other hand, “Activa Industria 4.0” will focus on advising and supporting the adoption of advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness in the industrial sector.

Active Industry 4.0

It is a specialized and personalized advisory program, carried out by accredited consultants with experience in the implementation of Industry 4.0 projects. It is carried out following the methodology developed by the General Secretariat for Industry and SMEs. This program allows companies to obtain a diagnosis of their current situation and a transformation plan that identifies the digital elements necessary for business growth in the transformation process, as well as establishing a roadmap for its implementation. The advice is complemented by demonstrative workshops on enabling technologies.

General aspects of the program

It is managed by the SGIPYME in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities and the EOI. Its financing comes from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Funds and/or from the budgetary application of the SGIPYME of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. The aid is granted in kind through the non-competitive concurrency modality, following the order in which applications are submitted once the requirements have been verified, until the budgetary credit assigned in the call is exhausted. The economic aid per beneficiary will be 7,400 euros. The beneficiary company will select the consultant of its choice among those selected by Framework Agreement for the program.

This program is aimed at SMEs that develop or are going to develop a productive industrial activity, as long as their activities are included in Section C – Divisions 10 to 32 of CNAE.

The program includes:

  • 50 hours of consulting provided by high-level consulting firms, including site visits.
Diagnosis of the initial situation of the SME.
  • Visits to the company for a more exhaustive analysis.
  • Digital Transformation Plan, which includes the definition of actions, the quantification and prioritization of digitization opportunities, and the identification of the most appropriate digital solutions for each company.
  • Practical workshops on technological solutions.
